The Single Parent Association of Newfoundland and Labrador was founded in 1987. Our objective is to provide supports for single parents, enabling them to regain control over their lives for the empowerment of themselves and their children.

We recognize the ever increasing demands and pressures on single parents and offer a variety of programs and services. If you would like to get involved and help support single parent families;
